Tragedy Strikes Government Bilingual High School Nguelemendouga


The principal of Government Bilingual High School (GBHS) Nguelemendouga has taken his own life, leaving the school community in shock. In a heartbreaking letter, the principal expressed his gratitude to his colleagues for their hard work since the start of the academic year.

However, the principal's life took a devastating turn on November 26, 2024, when unknown individuals broke into his office and stole money and a laptop. Despite his protests of innocence, the principal faced widespread suspicion and accusations that he had orchestrated the theft himself.

The traumatic experience took a toll on the principal's mental health, and the matter eventually ended up in court. Overwhelmed by the pain and stigma, the principal made the tragic decision to end his life by hanging himself.
