Thai Woman Survives Terrifying Python Attack in Her Kitchen

  A 64-year-old Thai woman named Arom Arunroj had a terrifying encounter with a massive python while she was doing dishes in her kitchen outside Bangkok. The 16-foot snake bit her thigh and then coiled tightly around her waist for a staggering two hours. Despite the intense pressure and fear, Arunroj managed to hold on and seek help by screaming for assistance.

A neighbor eventually heard her cries and alerted the authorities. Imagine the relief as emergency responders arrived to find Arunroj, looking drained and frightened, still ensnared by the constricting python. Using a crowbar, they had to carefully pry the snake off her to ensure her safety.
