Sokoto Cleric Seeks Help to Rescue Kidnapped Family Members from Bandits

   A well-known cleric in Sokoto state, Sheikh Bashar Danfili, shared that bandits kidnapped six of his family members, and one person was killed by the bandits and fed to their dogs. 

Among those taken were a man, his mother, stepmother, two wives, and sister while on their way somewhere. The bandits demanded a large sum of money, which the family couldn't afford, and there's a deadline for payment or they will harm the hostages.

The cleric, who doesn't have much himself, is asking for help from the public to raise the ransom and free his relatives.
