Italian coach Roberto Landi criticizes the NFF for disrespecting foreign coaches when it comes to the Super Eagles managerial job.

Italian coach Roberto Landi criticized the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) for not doing a good job in handling the hiring process for the Super Eagles' manager position.

Landi mentioned that the NFF showed disrespect to foreign coaches who applied for the job. He pointed out that the NFF announced German Bruno Labbadia as the new coach without finalizing the agreement with him, leading Labbadia to eventually walk out due to contract issues.

Landi suggested that the NFF should treat candidates better to avoid such misunderstandings. He emphasized that the federation should communicate clearly, listen to the coaches' demands, and not rush into decisions.

Landi also shared his experience of submitting his CV for the job but not hearing back from the NFF, highlighting the lack of communication from their end.
