Harry Potter star Dame Maggie Smith d!es in hospital aged 89

  The sad news was shared on the 27th of September that actress Dame Maggie Smith has passed away. Her sons, Chris Larkin and Toby Stephens, revealed that she died in the hospital that morning. 

They mentioned that she was a very private person and was surrounded by loved ones during her final moments. Her family expressed gratitude towards the caring staff at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

 Remembered for her stellar performances in Downton Abbey and Harry Potter, Dame Maggie Smith was also celebrated as an Oscar-winning actress. Her two sons and five grandchildren are deeply saddened by her loss.
